Partnership continues the “Tte-aZ” project, which has already certified fifteen young people
Trope announced a partnership with the Advertising Market Association (ABMP) and Central Única das Favelas (Cufa), from Bahia, to continue the Tte-aZ initiative, which aims to educate people from generation Z and Alpha.
The partnership, which began at the Scream Festival, has already enabled fifteen young people to participate in the project which, in the final stage, gave them a certificate.
Creators must demand impact from brands and improve the education of professionals, while brands need to include this issue within the budget. As long as there is no part of the investment allocated to digital literacy, there will be no progress and our mission is to change this scenario, said Luiz Menezes, founder of Trope.
For Lucas Reis, who leads ABMP, director of the Scream Festival, this is just the beginning of a partnership that tends to bear good fruit. It is essential to connect young people, especially young black people, with professional opportunities. The world of the creator economy offers real prospects for generating income in a sustainable way in the long term, and training like this enables these young people to enter this world and follow their paths, he concluded.
