Next Friday (8), the contest Most Beautiful Can in Brazil announce the big winners of the 2023 edition. This year’s celebration will be held at the Instituto da Cerveja, in So Paulo (SP), together with the award for the Brazil Beer Cup.
On that occasion, the cans with the most votes from the evaluation, which included a popular jury and a technical jury, will be presented. The three most voted winners will be announced in the competition held by the Brazilian Association of Aluminum Can Manufacturers (Abralatas), with the aim of rewarding the most beautiful beer cans in the country. The award celebrates the talent and creativity printed on the cans and invites the consumer to a different, innovative and unforgettable experience.
The 2023 edition numbers show great engagement from breweries across Brazil. 237 labels from 85 breweries were registered, representing 13 Brazilian states. Among the ten finalists, four are from São Paulo, three from Paraná, one from Minas Gerais, one from the Federal District and one from Rio de Janeiro.
Responsible for packaging more than half of all beer produced in Brazil, the aluminum can is the most sustainable packaging on the market.
The aluminum can can be recycled infinite times and that is why it has become the perfect symbol of the circular economy. Furthermore, it is extremely versatile packaging, which allows the development of various innovations in formats and prints and this award celebrates the talents who develop pieces that invite a consumer experience with a creative design. We had a great turnout in this third edition of the competition, which fills us with joy, pride and expectation to award the most beautiful can in our countryassesses Ctilo Cndido, executive president of Abralatas.
