Marcelo Reis left LBTM and Fernando Diniz took on the role of CEO at the agency; at WMcCann, Renata Bokel will be CEO
In the first full week of December and one of the last of 2023, the market registered movements involving agency leaders. Bokel joined WMcCann in 2019 as CSO and, in 2022, assumed the role of COO. Bento’s mother, the new CEO is also a lawyer by training, specialist in environmental law, with an MBA in marketing from UFRJ.
He has a career spanning more than 20 years as a strategist for large brands in agencies and relies on the experience in technology and data acquired during his time at IBM as head of consumer engagement for Latin America.

The executive, former ECD at VMLY&R in Milan, is preparing his return to Brazil in January 2024 and, at the agency, will have the challenge of leading all the thinking and creative process for brands such as Ajinomoto, Canon, Chevrolet, Japan House SP , L’Oral and Nissin, among others.

Gustavo Gaion assumed the role of VP of media at We. The executive, with more than 27 years in the market, arrives at the agency with his main focus on managing strategy, purchasing and media operations.
Gaion has worked at several agencies such as Y&R (currently VMLY&R), Ogilvy, F&Q Brasil, AlmapBBDO, Leo Burnett and Grey. During part of this period, he led the strategy, purchase and media operation of important brands in various sectors, such as Vivo, Bradesco, Magalu, Unilever, P & G, among others.

Diego Galan was promoted to head of BI at DreamOne. In the new role, the executive will focus on analyzing metrics and information that can boost campaigns, activations and the creation of new formats for customers.

O Google ter Gustavo Souza as the new general director of advertising products and client solutions. In his new role, he will be responsible for coordinating the company’s product and solution strategies.
Before taking on the new role, the executive was responsible for relationships with clients in the Education, Telecom, Real Estate Market, Delivery, among others.
He has also led sales, marketing and digital transformation teams at companies in other segments, including SulAmrica, Nextel, Cyrela and Votorantim.

The executive arrives to add to Hood’s strategic thinking, applying her knowledge previously acquired as director and coordinator of the planning and creation area at agencies such as BFerraz, Hands, Sherpa42, Score Group (Ex The Marketing Store) and Propeg.

A Domino’s it’s at Pirancanjuba presented their new marketing leaders. At first, the person who arrived was Gabriel Ferrari, new CMO for the Brazilian market. The new Domino’s Pizza Brasil executive graduated in Advertising and Marketing from ESPM, with an MBA in Business Management from FGV and a Financial Management course from Columbia University in New York.
