iFood celebrates customer journeys in 2023 with retrospective























Available in story format, Meu Foods 2023 shows the most ordered items, savings and the impact on the environment

Along with the end of the year, retrospectives take place. After Deezer and Spotify, it was iFood’s turn to celebrate its customers’ journey throughout 2023 with the launch of “Meus Foods 2023”.

In story format, the application’s retrospective recalls the most ordered items over the years and curiosities such as favorite times and the top 5 establishments, in addition to showing how much customers saved and impacted the environment with their orders.

Meus Foods 2023 is a celebration of the moments experienced by our customers throughout the year with our brand. We are in the lives of millions of Brazilians every day and we know that the end of the year is a time to remember and celebrate the moments we live and this was the way we found to honor our customers. Understanding your own profile and tastes, which end up going unnoticed in the rush of everyday life, said Ana Gabriela Lopes, marketing director at iFood.

The retrospective will be available until January 8, 2024.
