The market received news about a possible sale of Soko and the group of which the agency is part, Accenture Song, led by CEO David Droga.

As one of the largest independent agencies in the country, Soko receives contacts from various communications, technology and advertising groups around the world about synergies and business possibilities, which is completely expected and healthy. There is, however, no conversation at this stage inferred by the report, pointed out the official statement from the agency led by Felipe Simi.
Droga5, founded by David Droga, was acquired by Accenture in April 2019. At the time, global CEO of Accenture Interactive, Brian Whipple stated that the acquisition was aimed at expanding its capabilities in creative services, including brand strategy, content production , integrated campaigns and performance marketing.
