According to the company, the new agency will undergo a process of rebranding and strategic restructuring for the market
Publicis Groupe concluded negotiations for the sale of its majority stake in MSL Andreoli to its founding partner, Paulo Andreoli, who now regains full control of the public relations and digital influence agency.
The formalization of the respective contracts will take place in the coming weeks. Still according to the company, the transaction, which is consensual, is aligned with the strategic interests of both parties.
The move will not impact current MSL Andreoli clients and employees, who will move to the new agency. From a structural point of view, they will continue to have 18 offices spread throughout Latin America, which have made up the agency’s exclusive network in the region for over 20 years, and will continue to be associated with Andreoli and serving MSL’s global network.
The new agency will undergo a process of rebranding and strategic restructuring for the market, including the creation of a new brand, review of offers and a new organizational structure. The news will be communicated next year.
MSL Andreoli, founded in 1993 as Paulo Andreoli – Corporate Affairs, is one of the most important agencies specialized in dealing with corporate issues, crisis management, public affairs and, in recent years, has stood out in the influencer marketing and social media market.
