Baila is ending 2023 with the announcement of three new additions to its creative team led by CCO, Daniel Oksenberg. Now, the team includes art director Danillo Ferrari and writers Z Ricardo Novoa and Felipe Sanches.
“We are very happy with the arrival of Danillo, Z and Felipe at Baila. In addition to their creative talent and experience in great agencies, they are three incredible people, with a collaborative spirit and a desire to do things differently”, said CCO Oksenberg.
In the market for 20 years, the duo Jos Ricardo Novoa and Danillo Ferrari have experience with David, DPZ, Dentsu, Z+, Havas, WmcCann and Wunderman Thompson. J Ferrari, after working in photography and cinema, was part of the team at Havas, Wunderman Thompson, Africa and Publicis.
Completing the team, Sanches has 15 years of experience, with experience at agencies such as DM9, Sunset, Cooler DVT, Pullse and the Insider Store house, as well as international experience at Executive, in Angola.
