In addition to sending personalized gifts in real time, a new function features a personalized retrospective.
December is the month in which we can get together with family and friends to celebrate the end of another year. Keeping an eye on this moment of celebration, theRap presents the Rappi Presentes functionality in Brazil and all other Latin American markets.
The new feature allows the user to send a gift to anyone, be it a co-worker in the company’s traditional Secret Santa or a family member on Christmas Day, for example, quickly and conveniently through the application. Furthermore, the recipient will be able to see the order tracking in real time.
With Rappi Presentes, the user can gift another person with products available in the different SuperApp verticals, such as E-Commerce/Shopping (which includes electronics, stationery items, IT, fitness, cosmetics, among others), Restaurants, Supermarkets, Pharmacies It isPets.
There is no additional cost to use the new functionality. Users must only have the updated version of the app and, when finalizing the purchase, select the Send as gift option and include the personal data (full name, cell phone number and address) of whoever receives the item directly from the delivery partner.
In the new function, it is also possible to send a virtual card with a personalized message. The recipient can even monitor the delivery status and order tracking through a link that comes with the card, simply by having Rappi installed and actively registering on the platform. With this new feature, Rappi hopes to continue committing to commitment to make users’ lives easier.
2023 retrospective of Rappi users
Another novelty that Rappi prepared for SuperApp users in December is the 2023 individual retrospective. In it, it will be possible to know how many minutes the user saved throughout the year when placing an order on Rappi to optimize time in everyday life and check which the ranking of restaurants where customers placed the most orders.
RappiPrime users, who get unlimited free shipping, will also be able to find out how much they saved on orders throughout the year. Rappi’s 2023 retrospective will be available to all users on the SuperApp home screen in the next few days.
