Brand sponsors NFL in Brasa, the official NFL event in Brazil, which includes several American football experiences
Perdigo and the National Football League (NFL) have entered into an official partnership. As part of the agreement, the brand will sponsor NFL in Brasa, an official NFL event in Brazil, which includes several American football experiences, activations for fans and the broadcast of Super Bowl LVIII.
The partnership will also involve Perdigo’s use of NFL assets throughout the 2023 season.
“Perdigo Na Brasa is synonymous with barbecue and NFL. Fans gather to watch NFL games and have fun, a perfect setting for consumers to enjoy our line of Na Brasa products,” said Luiz Franco, director of marketing and innovation at BRF .
The league’s regular season runs from September to December. The playoffs take place in January and the grand final, known as the Super Bowl, will be held on Sunday, 02/11/2024.
To promote this partnership, Ampfy developed communication using the sport’s strong and well-known visual language. Considering that American football is no longer a niche sport, the intention is to position Perdigo na Brasa at the center of conversations, showing that the games represent an excellent opportunity for consuming the product.
The partnership follows the NFL’s official announcement of a regular season game in So Paulo, Brazil, in 2024.
“Brazil is a priority market for the league, with over 38 million fans the largest international NFL fan base behind Mexico. We look forward to working with Perdigo, an extremely popular brand in the market, ahead of Super Bowl LVIII” , added Michelle Webb, vice president of international sponsorship at the NFL.
