Launches hit the market with two international awards: gold medal and double gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition
Smirnoff, Diageo’s beverage brand, launched Smirnoff Infusions, which combine fruit and botany.
The brand’s new drinks already have two international awards, Gold for Passion Fruit & Jasmine and Double Gold for Watermelon & Mint at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition (SFWSC), and are connected to new consumption trends – which point to the most smooth, striking flavors and uncomplicated preparation.
“Infusions wants to offer fun with lightness and simplicity, while we await the arrival of the most awaited summer of all time. We are all relearning how to live together, enjoy our free time, celebrate what matters. Now that the pandemic is not over, but has cooled down, we want to toast new experiences with a brand new flavor for the sunset”, said Vinicius Picchi, Innovation Manager at Diageo in Brazil.
