More Brazilianness and new products in 2023
LATAM got closer to Brazilians in 2023. An example of this was the Sabor Brasileira program, which every three months invites a chef from a region of the country to sign the main dish on the menu of long-haul international flights that take off from Brazil. On domestic flights, the company also started to serve snacks with the face of Brazil, and for the most loyal customers registered with the LATAM Pass, it began offering the accumulation of double points on Brazil-USA trips, the option of redeeming with points plus money, in addition to a unique service in South America for boarding LATAM Pass Black Signature customers with fully electric Audi e-tron vehicles.
