A Deezer, one of the largest music experience platforms in the world, has just announced experienced media and technology executive Ivana Kirkbride as commercial director. Ivana joins Deezer’s C-Suite, with the aim of accelerating the expansion of the company’s global partnerships and establishing significant growth in new geographies and verticals. She will report directly to deputy CEO, Stphane Rougeot, at Deezer’s headquarters in Paris.

As we continue to build on this track record of success, I am excited to join the team in Paris to, together, scale Deezer globally and take the brand to the next level. We will explore innovative strategic partnerships in new markets and sectors, with the aim of driving profit growth for the future,” said Ivana Kirkbride, newly appointed CCO at Deezer.
Deezer has been developing strategic partnerships for over 10 years, which continues to be a key factor in the company’s growth, accounting for 118.5 million in revenue in fiscal 2022. In Q3 2023, subscriptions starting of partnerships increased 11.8%, with revenue for the quarter up 11.9% compared to Q3 2022. Recent partnerships with Deezer include major deals with RTL in Germany, Sonos in the US and Free market in Brazil and Mexico.

Ivana Kirkbride brings a unique blend of experience to Deezer as an investor in digital media, entrepreneur in disruptive startups and operator at Fortune 50 corporations such as Google, Verizon and Meta. She is also known for launching innovative products and scaling new ecosystems in the convergence of media, technology and entertainment. As an industry leader in the social video and creator economy market, Ivana has played key roles in launching historic initiatives such as YouTube Originals, Premium Mid-Form video and Creators.org, as well as being an award-winning executive producer and member of the Henry Crown Fellowship Program , at the Aspen Institute.
From Deezer’s headquarters in Paris, Ivana Kirkbride will manage a global partnerships organization in Europe, Latin America and North America.
