Former DM9, Africa and MPM, professional working in partnership with the partner and CEO of the agency, Geraldo Rocha Azevedo
Execution announced Marcelo Passos as the agency’s Chief Transformation Officer. Working in direct partnership with partner and CEO Geraldo Rocha Azevedo, Passos will support the main business needs of Execution’s clients.
I will also work together with Fernanda Cepollini, CCO and CSO of the agency, responsible for creative and strategic communication work.
Between 2002 and 2018, Passos served as VP of customer service and business at DM9DDB and in Africa, in addition to leading the department at MPM. His contribution to the market, however, goes beyond executive work in agencies, having been one of the founders of the Customer Service and Business Group (GAN), which helps promote the training of professionals in the area and train new leaders.
Passos was also executive advisor to CENP and Conar, as well as a member of APP (Association of Advertising Professionals) and vice-president of IAB Brasil.
“Based on this premise, I see that advertising can play an even more relevant role for companies, being a truly strategic partner to strengthen the business side of each enterprise,” said Passos.
