O Bob’sthe first network of fast food and franchise in the sector in Brazil, announces the launch of Bob’s Sanduba de Mortadela in celebration of São Paulo’s 470th anniversary, celebrated this Thursday (25). The novelty is a partnership with Ceratti, a reference brand in the charcuterie market in Brazil. The snack has already started to be sold in Bob’s stores in the state of São Paulo, for a limited time.
With the slogan “Mo, Mortadela no Bob’s o rol. Cola!”, the brand created a sandwich with crispy bread on the outside and soft on the inside, filled with Ceratti mortadella, slices of cheese and the chain’s traditional Big Bob sauce. The brand’s inspiration is the famous “mortadella sandwich”, a gastronomic icon of São Paulo residents that was born in the mid-1930s in the central region of the city, and since then, has conquered the taste buds of tourists.

For the fourth consecutive year, Ceratti is the favorite brand of mortadella among São Paulo residents, according to the 2023 DataFolha survey.

The public can try the product until January 31st at Bob’s restaurants located throughout the state of São Paulo. The suggested value of the trio is R$29.90.
