Heloisa Pupim, Renato Broggin and Veronica Gordilho Araujo were promoted and assumed the position
After presenting its trio of co-CCOs, Africa Creative announced another move. Now, the agency’s management and business area now has Heloisa Pupim, Renato Broggin and Veronica Gordilho Araujo as co-COOs.
The trio will be responsible for boosting leadership, redistributing accounts, designing and customizing operations for each client in the house.

Heloisa Pupim has worked in Africa since 2010, when she arrived to take on the role of supervisor, working for clients such as Ita and Ambev. “Creative ambition, focus on results and capacity for achievement are what unites us and what moves us. This movement is a reflection of this partnership and these shared values. I am happy and honored to take this important step within Africa and excited for the next chapters of this story, especially alongside people I trust and admire”, highlighted Heloisa.
Renato Broggin has more than 20 years in multinational agencies with stints at Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, Dentsu and Talent. He arrived at Africa Crative in 2019 to lead the Ita operation.

Finally, Veronica Gordilho Araujo has been with the agency since 2017, but previously had stints at Lew’lara\TBWA, DPZ Propaganda and McGarryBowen Brasil. “Africa is a place of passionate and ambitious people. The objective is to always grow within our clients with relevance, results and creativity”, concluded Veronica.
