Rafael Donato will begin his activities in March and will report directly to the agency’s CEO, Fernando Musa
Ogilvy Brasil announced the arrival of Rafael Donato to take on the role of Chief Creative Officer (CCO) of the agency. Previously, the executive held the same position at David in Miami.
Donato will begin his activities in March and will report directly to the agency’s CEO, Fernando Musa.
“Valuing talent is something that is part of our culture. These are people who grew up in the Group and stood out internationally; being able to count on talent like this is a privilege. The value of our industry is creativity, ideas and people with the ability to do things. That takes us away from the delivery commodity that the market flirts with year after year”, said Musa.
In his current role, Donato will be committed to continuing to drive Ogilvy’s creative culture and further develop as a creative leader.
“I see Ogilvy as my home, here I learned a lot, met incredible people and grew as a creative professional. I’m excited about returning, now in the position of CCO, and taking on this exciting challenge is certainly a great moment of transformation”, Donato highlighted.
The executive built his career in agencies in Brazil, Europe and the United States. Throughout his career, he worked at Gray London, at Ogilvy between 2008 and 2016, in addition to a relevant stint at David So Paulo, between 2016 and 2020.
