A Docile, a reference in the sweets and treats segment, has just opened its first operation in So Paulo, at Congonhas airport. The movement is part of the company’s strategy to expand brand awareness, be even closer to the public and present exclusive products. The kiosk is next to the arrivals escalator, close to Madero and Bacio di Latte.
“This is another important step for Docile, a project that was born after a few years of study and research. We are starting a new business model and the opening of our kiosk in a large capital like São Paulo is certainly a milestone in the company’s history”, says the company’s managing partner, Ricardo Heineck.
On this new front, Docile establishes another point of contact with consumers with all its essence, bringing elements that define the brand’s positioning, such as sweetness and kindness.
“We are showing our products to the public in a different way, but with the same excellence and quality. Everything so that the consumer has the best possible experience in this new format”, he emphasizes.
The debut of this operating model took place in Lajeado, the city where the company was born, in Rio Grande do Sul, and the company has plans to expand the kiosks throughout the country.
“We have space to consolidate our brand in retail and we are defining the next steps within this strategy”, anticipates the executive.
Modern concept and exclusive products
The concept of the kiosk model follows the curves of the Docile logo, with a modern, colorful and attractive tone, which reinforces the brand’s characteristic identity. The dynamics of the space invite people to discover new sweets or choose one of their favorites. There is the option of buying in bulk, in which the treats can be seen on acrylic shelves, or ready-made packages and kits.
One of the kiosk’s differences is the sale of exclusive sweets and treats, previously only available abroad, and which can now be found in Brazil. These are products such as Gummy Bands, Candy Cane and Jumbo Straws. Furthermore, the kiosk will have the brand’s classic items, such as lines of traditional and stuffed Marshmallows, Jelly Candies and Gummies, Straws in different flavors, Lozenges, as well as vegan options.
