P&G presented another season of ‘Old Spice Warriors’, a web series inspired by Japanese anime. The animation continues the first season, released in 2021, and tells the adventure of two deodorant warriors – Old Spice Spray and Old Spice Barra – who fight to save the planet Aromia from the evil forces of sweat and bad smell.
Created by Wieden+Kennedy São Paulo, the communication strategy aims to strengthen the brand’s relationship with the gaming public in Latin America and, at the same time, show the benefits of the combined protection of the two products.
In animation, the episodes are connected into a single narrative, where the heroes fulfill an ancient prophecy. Together, they face different enemies, until they encounter the biggest one in the last episode.
The campaign repeats the partnership with Combo Studio, responsible for developing the animation, and also features a musical opening created by W+K SP and produced by Loud. There are three episodes available on the brand’s social platforms.
