Agreement covers Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, in addition to Brazil
Claro will be the official telecom operator in South America for the World Cup in Qatar. The regional supporter agreement covers Brazil and also covers fixed-line and mobile telecommunications services for users in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay.
As a regional supporter, Claro stated that it will boost its partnership with the tournament by carrying out exclusive campaigns to connect with South American fans through branded products and services, local actions, tickets and previously produced content.

The World Cup will start on November 21st and end on December 18th.
