He will report directly to the CEO Fernando Musa.
In his current role, Donato will be committed to continuing to drive Ogilvy’s creative culture and further develop as a creative leader. The executive built his career in agencies in Brazil, Europe and the United States.
Throughout his career, he worked at Gray London, Ogilvy, between 2008 and 2016, in addition to a relevant stint at David So Paulo, between 2016 and 2020.

Brand consultancy Gad will have Patricia Takehara as the new member of the corporate structure. Furthermore, she will hold the position of head of strategy.
The executive, who will report directly to CEO Luciano Deos, arrives to consolidate Gad’s positioning as a consultancy that transforms businesses.
Responsible for Gad’s strategy area, Patrícia Takehara graduated in Administration from Fundão Getulio Vargas (FGV), with an MBA in the area from Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA).

A Corazon Films announced the arrival of Paulo Diehl for your casting of production company directors. Working as creative director at Suno United Creators for the last two years, the professional returned to audiovisual as a stage director, but will continue working at the agency.
Starting his career in advertising, Diehl worked in operations in Brazil, Portugal and Spain. Among them, he was art director at DM9 and Fallon in the Brazilian market, until migrating to the Iberian region.
There, he joined teams such as Y&R Madrid as creative director; and Almirati Puris Lintas and FCB, in Portugal.
