Study presents opportunities and challenges for companies in 15 different sectors
Brivia announced the launch of a survey that shows how digitally mature Brazilian brands are, entitled “Digital Mindset Panorama”.
The material is the result of a study completed in 2023, which mapped the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation in several sectors in the country, more specifically in 15, namely: information technology, financial services, energy, health, utilities and public services, retail , education, food and beverages, construction and specialized services, agriculture and livestock, pharmaceuticals, textiles and clothing, consumer goods and, finally, transport and logistics.
“Our group is an ecosystem for brand transformation, and we are faced with projects at different stages of maturity in this matter. Although many issues are specific to each business, the research showed us that there are converging paths of action, especially within the sectors themselves” , said Roberto Ribas, CSO at Brivia.
The research was created based on the premises of the BXM (Brand Experience Management) Digital Maturity Score, a model developed by Brivia with the aim of supporting companies in assessing the maturity level of their digital transformation initiatives.
Objectively, the methodology assesses how prepared a given brand is to face the new transformation scenario through a questionnaire answered individually by professionals from Brazilian companies.
Overall, the survey analyzed how six important pillars are functioning within the context of digital business maturity, namely customer centricity; digital culture; scanning; data-driven learning; responsive offer; and purpose and community.
Furthermore, the company stated that the study is not limited to just collecting results, but also pointing out ways for the continuous improvement of the relationship between companies and their various audiences.
“The book and the research are contributions that we seek to offer for the advancement and success of digital initiatives in different segments of the Brazilian economy”, reinforced Ribas.
