As part of the business journey in Brazil, Mars Wrigley now has a new organizational structure, and Rodrigo’s experience meets Mars Wrigley’s purpose: “Inspiring moments of happiness every day”. The executive arrives to join the leadership team, contributing to the advancement of the company’s ESG and impact practices, strengthening relations with the community.
In addition to his position, Santini will be part of the Corporate Affairs leadership team for Global Emerging Markets (GEM), where he will have the opportunity to share learnings and best practices with directors from other strategic markets.
