The initiative was designed based on a survey carried out among approximately one thousand Happn users which revealed that more than 90% of women do not feel safe during Carnival and almost 50% of them said they had already suffered some type of harassment during the blocks and parties. of street.
When asked about the factors that would make them feel safer, the majority of respondents (40%) highlighted the need to increase public security.
Therefore, between the 10th, 11th, 12th and 18th of February, the brands will deliver 10,000 temporary tattoos with messages to raise awareness about respect and consent in relationships. Furthermore, Happn will have the “Happn Safe Place” in So Paulo, a safe and open space to welcome revelers.
