With a great professional background, Flavia graduated in Advertising with an Executive MBA in Marketing.
The executive also worked at companies such as Souza Cruz and Loreal before starting her career at Haleon in 2019, still known as GSK.
Alongside presenters Bianca Molina and Bruna Pavanni, the executive told a little more about the behind-the-scenes of partnerships, negotiations and actions in sport, especially in women’s football. Sensodyne and Centrum are brands that have made quite a name for themselves present in football, such as the partnership with Sereias da Vila and Botafogo, which promoted Covid prevention campaigns, combating racism, diversity and inclusion and even presence in the 2022 Paulisto Feminino.
Being a woman and being on the front line, Flavia and the duo of presenters addressed the issue of women in leadership, how this influences sponsorship choices, what brands can learn beyond exposure and issues of equity.
