O iFooda Brazilian technology company in deliveryrecently launched the campaign “iFood has everything, the only thing missing is you”, which aims to invite restaurant owners to test the solutions offered by the platform for two months without any monthly fee or commission.
To the sound of the parody of ‘Falta voc’, the singer’s hit Thiaguinho, the film shows several restaurant owners celebrating the orders that keep arriving. Created by the agency DM9, communication includes commercials for open and pay TV, digital media and a plan for social networks. The film is produced by Corazon Filmes.
“The campaign helps to reinforce that iFood is complete and accessible for all business sizes and is a partner for Brazilian entrepreneurs. We are offering the experience of testing the app for two months because we trust that iFood helps restaurants grow and have financial returns, and this will help them remain on the platform”, highlights Alex Guilger, director of Digital Expansion at iFood.
iFood’s first major marketing campaign to attract restaurants, with a 360 communication strategy that includes media offline, digital and the unprecedented possibility for the partner to test iFood for free. Today, 70% of restaurants registered with iFood are owned by small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, with 60% of new partners opening MEI (Individual Microentrepreneur) less than five months ago. The idea is to attract new restaurants in general and also reach small and medium-sized businesses with the message that iFood is for entrepreneurs of different sizes.
To support the journey of new establishments, the application prepared a package called Embarque iFood with access to free consultancy via chat and knowledge trail, which helps to understand and configure the entire operational part. Through Decola, a content platform that helps entrepreneurs have a better experience and gain on iFood, the new restaurant is also presented with tools that help to better manage the store in the appattract more customers, sell more and optimize the operation.
“We want to make it easier for restaurants to adapt to the local environment. app so that, in addition to joining iFood, they know and know how to use the tools we developed to help accelerate their growth”, says Guilger.
