With the aim of connecting the public with their origins, the brand will have a team of athletes on a trip to Japan
Traveling to your origins is also traveling within yourself. This is the mood of Mizuno’s new action, which is taking a team of athletes and influencers to Japan with the intention of showing the brand’s culture and legacy through the “Born to Run” campaign.
The team of influencers and athletes is made up of Gustavo Maia, Dani Germano and Altobeli da Silva and they will visit the Mizuno Development Center, in addition to exploring Japanese culture and sharing the experience on their social networks.
“We want to go further and present more to Brazilians about who we are. Our latest releases show that we go further and explore the best paths for athletics performance at the highest level”, stated Rogrio Barenco, general manager at Mizuno.
During the trip, Altobeli will also participate in the 42 km Osaka Marathon using the brand’s latest launch, the Wave Rebellion Pro 2.
Already in Tokyo, Mizuno will continue with the campaign and bring real athletes as characters for a series of content about stories of overcoming in sport and how they arrived at the Tokyo Marathon.
