AKM has just announced Luciana Machado, known as Luma, as its new head of Strategy. The professional arrives at the agency to lead the area of shopper e trade, focusing on promotion, incentives and digital. With more than ten years of experience in the market, Luciana joins José Spagnuolo, head of creation, and Thiago Rodrigues, head of Planning and Experience Creation in the Creation and Strategy area.
Graduated in Marketing from UAM with a specialization in Trade Marketing, Management and Women’s Leadership from FGV, the professional worked in the Planning department of large agencies, such as Bferraz, Score, Tracy Locke, Hub Brasil, among others. During her career, she developed solid and integrated strategies for prominent brands, such as Diageo, Heineken, McDonald’s, Natura, PepsiCo and Unilever, consolidating her experience in the trade intelligence ecosystem.
For Eduardo Andrade, co-CEO of AKM, the arrival of Luma to the team further strengthens the synergy between the areas.

AKM has a Creation and Strategy area with more than 53 professionals spread across 17 cities, who work with a focus on creating projects and proprietary products for brands, through ideas and memorable experiences added to the entire performance strategy and digital analysis, BI and Customer Experience.
