The most recent hires were:
- Nathalia Carneiro, Executive Production Manager: with 20 years of experience, returns to management after stints at Batux, Avantgarde Brasil and Mark Up;
- Eve de Oliveira, Administrative Assistant: publicist with experience in Pet and PagSeguro, integrated to strengthen administrative operations;
- Rafael Velase, Audiovisual editor: multifaceted professional in cinema, advertising and events, brings his creativity to elevate productions;
- Mayara Moraes, Accounts Coordinator: with a degree in Accounting Sciences, stands out for her stints at AKM Performma and Outpromo;
- Mariana Gomes, Accounts Assistant: public relations with experience in agencies such as MESSS and Arpejo, reinforces the accounts team;
- Carlos Eduardo Pires, Production Coordinator: experienced executive producer, contributes his strategic vision to events. Has experience in agencies such as Mark Up, Bullet, Atenas.ag, among others;
- Rodrigo Macedo, Production Coordinator: with extensive experience in events, he takes over as coordinator after five years as a freelancer at BTO+. Rodrigo has experience in large agencies such as Sherpa42, Motivary and Acuracy;
- Letcia Cardoso, Pre-Production: with a degree in Engineering and Interior Design, she brings her expertise from the Madalena agency to the design of projects;
- Carlos Eduardo Moraes, Pre-Production: with experience at Avangard Brasil and Compastur, returns to BTO+ after experiences in other companies;
- Lucas Souza, head of Visual Arts and Scenographic Projects: has worked at large agencies such as OutPromo and Accuracy.
