On The Nose acquired a stake in mantisai, a technology startup that uses artificial intelligence to extract, interpret, analyze and taguear video data.
From now on, in addition to being a partner of the company, On The Nose is also part of the company’s advisory board and will make its business intelligence team available to work with the startup on data development and new business.
Based in London, mantisai uses its technology to generate more complete and reliable data from videos. The company’s solution allows, for example, to check the display of brands in films, both in appearances and speeches, and to transform long videos into shorter ones, generating more content.
The companies’ first work together was to build the report for Super Live Black by Blacks Magalu and Podpah, created and produced by On The Nose.
Mantisai emerged as a unique opportunity for us to invest in solutions with artificial intelligence and seek to optimize the production and distribution of content created for our customers and generate better returns, explained Rafael Capelli, partner at On The Nose.
In addition to mantisai, the agency is also a partner and is part of the board of Tero startup, creator of the Rough Diamonds project; from Kasa.Live app to find broadcasts of football games; from GiveBack.Agency, an agency focused on ESG projects that has 20% of the financial results donated to a previously announced institution; and Canal GOAT, a channel for broadcasting sporting events on You Tube.
The stake acquisition strategy is part of a movement in which the agency seeks to add more value to the projects and clients it manages, in addition to expanding the possibility of access to new service fronts.
