Launch promotion was carried out in partnership with TNT Sports
With the premiere of “Dune: Part Two” in theaters scheduled for this Thursday (29), Warner Bros. Pictures promoted the title in a sand sports challenge in one of the country’s main footy championships, the LSK Cup.
The event was supported by TNT Sports and consisted of a contest involving three different sports: beach volleyball, footy and beach tennis. Led by Taynah Espinoza, presenter, and Bruno Formiga, the channel’s commentator, the “Dune: Part Two” challenge featured the participation of names such as actor Igor Jansen, comedian Luana Zucoloto and Tati Dias, and professional athletes such as Bello Soares, known as the king of footy, Gui BSB, Joo ET, Welly Cristina, Nivia Maria, Renzo Amancio and Joo Melinho.
The matches were recorded to produce content, which was broadcast on the official Warner and TNT Sports profiles on YouTube and Instagram, in addition to the showing of a live teaser on TNT Sports, during the pre-game of the Champions League between Napoli x Barcelona.
This is the first time that Warner Bros. Pictures is betting on a footy championship as part of its marketing strategy to promote a new film.

The championship also featured film communications spread around the Spiaggia Mooca Training Center, where the 7th edition of the LSK was held, and invited athletes and spectators to watch “Dune: Part Two” in cinemas.
