ALOB Sports continues to grow in different aspects of the business. The sports marketing agency led by Bernardo Pontes and Claudio Andrade begins 2024 with the opening of its office in São Paulo and with reinforcement of the team, after closing the last year with exponential growth in revenue of 250%.
The new space in So Paulo is the agency’s second in the country, and follows the concept of the headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, with a harmonious environment inspired by different sports and that encourages creativity and interaction. In the capital of São Paulo, the team will have four professionals working in sales and customer service: Augusto Dalla Vecchia (commercial executive), Caio Bellentani (Account coordinator), Danilo Monteiro (Service analyst) and Felipe Melo (Service analyst).
We are very happy and excited to start 2024 with this great news, the arrival of ALOB Sports in São Paulo, the financial capital of the country and Latin America. It is a strategic move by the agency, another important chapter in our history. We selected excellent employees at this initial stage, and we are sure that great things will be built from this, said the company’s partner, Claudio Andrade.
In just over a year and a half of operation, considering the initial launch with the BP Sports nomenclature until the change to the current name, an anagram of Bola, the agency signed several success stories, such as Rio Tricolor for Betano, Brownie do Gabigol for Luiz’s Brownie and Continental Goalkeeper for Continental in the big decision of the Copa do Brasil.
The evolution of ALOB Sports’ workforce is also impressive. In January of last year, the company had only four professionals on the team. With the recent hiring movement for the Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo offices, the agency has now surpassed the 30 employee mark.

New influence coordination
One of the focuses of ALOB Sports’ work for 2024 is influencer marketing, especially as it is an Olympic year. The agency is responsible for a large team of athletes with a strong presence on the digital scene, in different modalities, and they now have a new coordinator. Lvia Lcio arrives to lead the projects of names such as Diego Ribas, David Luiz, Luan Garcia, Thaisa Daher, Marcus DAlmeida, Guilherme Costa, Hugo Calderano and Daniel Nascimento.
On her CV, the new influence coordinator at ALOB Sports has worked for other major agencies, such as Play9 and LiveMode, and managed social media profiles for the Copa do Nordeste and Campeonato Brasileira Feminino, in addition to being responsible for the live project for the Copa do Brazil, in 2022. Passionate about football, the Minas Gerais native had professional experience with great communication personalities, such as Galvo Bueno, Ftima Bernardes and Tino Marcos.
