Com spent 14 years at AlmapBBDO, award-winning professional takes on the role of ECD at the agency chaired by CCO Manir Fade
André Gola is the new executive creative director of Gray Brasil. The professional, with experience at Publicis, Leo Burnett, AlmapBBDO (14 years) and Lew’Lara/TBWA and more than 80 Cannes Lions on his CV, will report directly to the CEO and CCO Manir Fadel.
Gola’s mission will be to lead the creative team in partnership with the CCO in serving brands such as Procter & Gamble (Downy and Pantene, Gillette, Aussie and Head & Shoulders), Coca-Cola, Volvo and Universidade Zumbi dos Palmares. “Gola needs no introduction. One of the best creatives in the world, he produces iconic work for iconic brands. His leadership will make an immediate impact on the work for all our clients and prospects”, says Fadel.
Creator of the character ‘Suadinho’, a cartoon that became an exhibition in cities such as London, Miami, New York, Moscow, Barcelona, Rio and São Paulo, Gola is an art director by training with more than 20 years of experience. He has already created and led creative teams for brands such as Ambev, Havaianas, Boticário, Volkswagen, Audi, Fiat, Nissan, PepsiCo, M.Dias Branco, Camil, Visa, Banco do Brasil and Bradesco.
