A Gray Brazil announced, this week, the arrival of two important names to form its team. Former AlmapBBDO, Andr Gola arrives to take on the role of executive creative director at the agency.
Gola, who reports directly to the CEO and CCO Manir Fadelhaving the mission of leading the creative team in partnership with the CCO in serving brands such as Procter & Gamble (Downy and Pantene, Gillette, Aussie and Head & Shoulders), Coca-Cola, Volvo and Universidade Zumbi dos Palmares.
“Gola needs no introduction. One of the best creatives in the world, he produces iconic work for iconic brands. His leadership will make an immediate impact on the work for all our clients and prospects,” said Fadel.
Another professional who will join Gray comes from Ogilvy in Singapore, where he worked as senior producer for Southeast Asia for three years. Fabiano Beraldo will occupy the position of head of integrated production.
In addition to supervising all Grey’s productions, Fabiano Beraldo will also have direct interactions with the agency’s clients and tasks to generate new business related to production.

With 14 years of experience in the market, Gouveia worked for agencies such as Ogilvy, Y&R (currently VML), JWT, CUBOCC (currently Soko) and AgnciaClick (currently Isobar).
In recent years, the creative worked exclusively on Magalu’s account at Ogilvy, where he produced award-winning work at some of the main creativity festivals, such as Cannes Lions.

New marketing director at GM
A GM hired Guilherme Arruda as the automaker’s senior marketing and brand director for South America. The executive will be responsible for the areas of Branding, Content, Events, Media, CRM and Digital Platforms, and will report directly Chris Regoexecutive director of marketing at GM Latam.
