Starting out as a dancer, Dilma quickly moved into more challenging roles, including the position of assistant artistic director. Her rise continued until she reached the artistic direction of events, demonstrating skill in creating and executing memorable experiences. The transition to event production, followed by experiences in service and planning, allowed him to gain an understanding of all facets of the events industry.
With a consolidated track record, Dilma took a significant step by joining communications groups, specialized in offering integrated solutions that ranged from advertising to brand experiences. This experience prepared the ground for his decision to undertake and become CEO of Nossa Praia, a position he currently holds. Not even in my wildest dreams did I think about being in that place. Being in a room with jurors from all over the world, having discussions at the highest level, seeing winning cases, influencing the jurors’ decisions, building collective learning by absorbing arguments and opinions from colleagues, this was without a doubt a milestone in my career.
