The participation of Electroluxthe best-selling household appliances brand in Brazil, in Big Brother Brasil 2024 is one month old and is part of a broad marketing strategy to expand the brand’s reach, strengthen its reputation and create a connection with the public.
It became clear to us that it was a great opportunity to use the impact of the program to expand our dialogue with consumers, bringing debates to Brazilian homes about how to have a healthier and, of course, sustainable life, highlights Ana Peretti, VP of Marketing at Electrolux Latin America Group.
The results prove that the strategy was right. On social media, Electrolux came in tenth place among the most talked about brands with 10 thousand mentions. However, what stands out most is the fact that it is one of the brands with the most positive mentions (61%) among those that participate in the reality show. The data refers to the period from January 8th to February 7th, and was reported by Stilingue.
The program meets the brand’s values, as it expands diversity with each edition and encourages sustainable habits, such as saving water during confinement days. This contributes to Electrolux’s dialogue with consumers and amplifies, for example, the message of sustainability in routine, always in a practical and effortless way, adds Ana.
More than 20 products in the house
This is the first time that Electrolux has actively participated in the BBB, although some products have already been used in the house in previous editions. In total, 22 household appliances and small appliances were taken to BBB to offer a Casa Bem Vida experience and make the daily lives of participants easier. Among the products are refrigerators that preserve food and avoid waste, cooktops that allow the preparation of different recipes, washing machines that take care of clothes so that they last longer, among others.
In addition, other products are available for the first time in the program’s history, such as an air fryer, mixer and steamer.
