Pernambucanas announced the arrival of Flvia Molina as the company’s new CMO. The executive will assume leadership of the areas of Integrated Communications, Customer Experience, CRM, Visual Merchandising, Corporate Communications and Audiovisual Production.
Among the executive’s challenges is bringing the retailer closer to its consumers, as well as communication strategies and initiatives aimed at experience in customer relationships, based on preferences and needs, making them even more of a protagonist in their purchasing journey. .
With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, product and service management and brand positioning, the executive has worked for several companies such as Domino’s, Rede Globo, Pernod Ricard, Microsoft, Sony Ericsson, Reckitt Benckiser and Nestl.
Flávia graduated in Advertising and Marketing, with specializations in Innovation and Senior Leadership, from Stanford University (USA), also completing an Excellence Program in Marketing, from Northwestern University (USA).
