With this, Larissa Kubo, until then head of the Operations and Production area, becomes vice-president of the agency and her mission is to strengthen the structure responsible for the idealization, production and implementation of the agency’s campaigns and actions.
Reporting directly to the COO, Felipe Belinky, Larissa has been with the agency since the beginning of its operation, totaling more than 17 years working in the advertising market and stints at Wunderman, LOV, Espalhe, CUBOCC and Rede Globo, the last 7 years at SOKO.
“Despite a background with experience in the media area, I found in Project and Operations Management a path that combines creativity, pragmatic thinking and development in human relations to help create a market in which it is possible to make high-complexity and high-pressure deliveries with ethics, respect and lightness”, highlighted the new VP.
Furthermore, Lucas Cardoso, who has been with the agency since 2021 and holds the position of operations leader at the Unilever core, will take on the position as Head. Having worked at CUBOCC, Leo Burnett, Sapient AG2 and Gauge, the executive has more than 15 years of career in the advertising market.
