According to the companies, the two revenues exceed R$ 50 million annually.
The CDI Group and NR7 announced this Thursday (17) a merger. In a share exchange operation, the companies claim that the holding becomes the second largest national communication group, with revenues of more than R$50 million, a portfolio of 240 customers and 235 employees.
The NR7 and Seven PR agencies will be integrated into the holding, which also includes the companies CDI Comunicação, Sallero and Manacá Filmes.
The two groups will remain independent. Nelson Rodrigues, who founded NR7 12 years ago, will be part of the holding’s board, and Henrique Repiso, executive director, takes over as CEO of NR7.
“The knowledge and depth of NR7 and its leaders in the entrepreneurship and innovation sector will bring great value to our customers, as well as the expertise of the other companies in the group will be relevant to those of NR7”, says Antonio Salvador Silva, president of the CDI Group.
