With a decade of partnership, the agency takes on the creation of global campaigns for Sanofi, standing out as one of the main advertising agencies specializing in healthcare in Brazil.
A Cocoaa communications agency focused on advertising and events, once again proves its experience in the healthcare market with the achievement of the Global account for Sanofian important company in the healthcare sector, which has a team dedicated to developing innovative products in more than one hundred countries.
The first campaign to start the partnership is already under development and its central theme is workplace safety. According to the CEO of Agência Cacau, Cssio Naressi, with the partnership established, Cacau will be responsible for creating the campaign for more than eight countries in the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia, being translated into nine languages, namely: Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Polish, Hungarian, Japanese and Vietnamese.
For us, it is a privilege to serve a company as relevant to the healthcare sector as Sanofi. And more than that, it makes a lot of sense for us to establish an alliance with a company that has synergy with the same purposes as our agency: to bring innovation to the market, comments Naressi.
Relationship built and trust cultivated
Naressi recalls that the relationship with Sanofi began ten years ago, with a project withMedleya company incorporated by the Sanofi Group in 2009, whose objective was to communicate the products of the women’s health line, mainly the brand’s contraceptive line.
Since then, Agência Cacau has been at the forefront of important campaigns for different franchises within Sanofi. In 2014, for example, still with the women’s health products account, we created an innovative project, in which we used the propagandists themselves as models for product campaigns, says the CEO.
In 2023, the Sanofi CHC virtual sales assistant was created, where the initial challenge was to create a character.
We didn’t just deliver the character, but the soul of this assistant, the way he would communicate, in addition to the language he would use to talk to people, explains Naressi. As a next step, three assistant options were created with their respective looks and names for an internal vote that would define the final character. In addition to these projects, we also participated in the launch of Dorflex Uno, being present in the implementation of the trade management system, planning, creating and executing the channel management platforms, he highlights.
Naressi recognizes the importance of this journey of trust with Sanofi.
Strengthening this alliance with Sanofi was a gift for Cacau. In the meantime, we have evolved together, learned and challenged ourselves to be better and even more knowledgeable about the healthcare universe, she comments.
Cacau’s growth plan to dominate the healthcare market
Naressi reinforces that of the competitions in which Agência Cacau participates, 78% are won. Throughout our journey, our biggest challenge has been to remain solid as an Advertising Agency in the face of Big Global Agencies. According to Naressi, Cacau’s objective is to create the best creative ecosystem, in order to build, communicate and create experiences, activations and advertising for specialized markets.
By 2025, we want to become one of the 5 largest national healthcare advertising agencies in the country. We have a strategic plan already aimed at reaching this milestone, especially expanding the company’s markets through the services already offered to customers, he concludes.
