Agency was founded by Newton partners; Ton Santos being the CEO
With the aim of improving brand engagement, through humanized narratives, the consultancy Conto de Marcas arrived on the market. Founded by partners from the Newton agency, the agency will focus on solutions that maintain branding in the day-to-day activities of companies, with storytelling as the guiding thread of culture.
The consultancy’s leadership structure has Ton Santos as CEO; Brunno Torquato as general director; Filipe Oliveira as head of creation; and Marcos Arajo, who will be the head of strategy.
Based on co-creation dynamics with customers and supported by the development of visual and verbal storytelling with organic adherence to brand channels, the proprietary methodology developed by Conto de Marcas is inspired by the design thinking method and consolidated into four fronts of action.
With the Discovery front, the consultancy uses market, field and internal research, analysis of brand assets and desk research to generate reports and insights into the client’s insertion in their market and the relationship with their audience. Prepared to develop research of all sizes and formats, the structure generates the data foundation for the development of branding.
The Branding pillar creates strategic thinking and the verbal, visual, sound and sensorial identity of brands, with brand architecture and portfolio, key messages and action plan.
On the Experience front, Conto de Marcas develops actions to affirm and reinforce the brand for the market, consumers and internal public, regardless of the point of contact, creating personalized solutions for each client.
