The group Piracanjuba begins business expansion into the food sector with the acquisition of Emana, a supplements company focused on nutrition and well-being, founded by the businessman and presenter Rodrigo Hilbert. This is the first acquisition for the Group, which already has the Piracanjuba and LeitBom brands, in addition to the licensees Almond Breeze, Ninho and Molico (long-life milk).
Emana comes as an opportunity to explore new markets and be decisive in our plans to be one of the best nutrition brands in the country. By combining the Piracanjuba Group’s capillarity with the Emana portfolio, we take another step towards our mission of bringing care that nourishes life to all Brazilians. With the acquisition, we also began our strategy of going beyond the dairy segment, always attentive to the consumer of the future, without losing sight of the focus on quality, says the president of the Piracanjuba Group, Luiz Cludio Lorenzo.
Currently, the Emana product mix consists of vitamins, encapsulated products, proteins, functional shots, gummies, among others. The portfolio will be signed by Emana and the corporate brand Grupo Piracanjuba. Options can be found in official site and in health food and supplement stores. Soon, they will also be available in pharmacies, food retail stores and e-commerce partners throughout Brazil.
The goal is to take advantage of the healthy living movement to connect with consumers. In addition to the products themselves, the idea is to build a platform, demystifying supplementation.
