Boticário will activate a new TikTok media format, called Mission Duet, an integration of the duet format, which was already available to the platform’s community, but which is now integrated into the solution “Mission“, aimed at brands.
Boticrio will use the tool so that the community can place orders and suggest the creation of new products, in conversation directly with the Boticrio factory. The so-called ‘Botilovers’ will be able to answer the question Have you ever imagined if you could create Boti products for a day?
In the video created by the company, the professional from the R&D team appears immersed in the factory, writing down all the details of the community’s wishes for the possible development of the brand.

Furthermore, Boticário will have a squad of influencers to publicize the action within the platform, in addition to #BotiDosSonhos, which will be used specifically for the resource. Mission Duet will last 6 days and will be the first stage of a project by the brand to bring dialogue even closer to its consumers.
