O hub business and communication Gotcha announces that its management model is taking on a new structure focused on adding horizontality to its management processes, in addition to increasing efficiency and creating a new perspective on promising scenarios within the current portfolio and its client segments, exploring new projects. The strategic change equalizes the presence of men and women in senior leadership positions to promote a more collaborative and inclusive approach.
With the restructuring, the hub It is now commanded by the respective Chief Executive Officers (CEOs): Carlos Coelho, who remains co-CEO and CCO, and Claudia Kalim, who assumes the role of co-CEO and CSO. In the advertising sector for more than 40 years, Coelho has led Gotcha since 2020, and amid the agency’s expansion, he shares his functions with the specialist in strategy and consumer behavior.
In her new role, Claudia Kalim (who was previously CSO at Gotcha) assumes, together with Carlos Coelho, the responsibility of promoting a culture of horizontal management, including other leaders and professionals in decisions, in addition to valuing the potential and initiatives of young people on the teams , an objective seen as a necessity for executives and agencies that have adopted the same co-participation model.
“The more plurality and participation within our hub, more creativity, innovation and dynamism will be added to the processes and results made possible for our client portfolio. Horizontal management is still a challenge for senior leaders, but as long as it is results-oriented and respects employees, the process has everything it needs to function in an innovative and decisive way”, explains the executive.
As Kalim highlights, planned management for the culture of innovation is the key expression to describe Gotcha’s new moment. In addition to the leadership restructuring, the hub is launching a platform that combines Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, to optimize the personalization of relationships with consumers, an important step for brands and audiences today. To monitor and manage these transformation and innovation processes, Gotcha made important changes to the Service structure by bringing Pavils Cots, who already worked as head of Customer Service at the center dedicated to the Carto de Todos group, to take over the agency’s general account portfolio. In this new challenge, Cots will work together with the CEOs, adding its expertise in service, projects and applying its expertise in processes and agile methodology to the new structure. The service and projects manager, Caroline Ehlke, will assume the position of head of Customer Service for the center dedicated to the Carto de Todos group within Gotcha. In addition to the executives, the restructuring also included the move of Mauro Rabello to head New Business, with the new leader being responsible for expansion and winning new accounts for the hub.
