Out of home company grew 19.8% compared to 2022
Eletromidia released its results for the fourth quarter and the consolidated for the year 2023. The OOH player presented gross revenue of R 1.048 billion, representing a growth of 19.8% compared to 2022.
The increase of more than R$ 173.4 million reflects the increase in sales in the various verticals of activity, reported Eletromidia.
The movement follows, in a certain way, the growth of the market last year. Investments in media, made throughout 2023, register a growth of 10.4%, according to Cenp-Meios. In total, the contribution was R$23.4 billion, compared to R$21.2 billion in the same period in 2022.
In terms of market share, only the internet, radio and out-of-home media recorded growth, according to Cenp-Meios.
Adjusted net profit, in turn, reached R159 million, a growth of 51% compared to the previous year, and the adjusted net margin was 17%. Furthermore, the company achieved Operating Cash generation excluding interest paid of R317 million, an increase of 26.7% compared to last year.
Throughout the year, the company installed assets in Recife and Salvador, expanded operations in Curitiba, Belo Horizonte, Florianpolis, Porto Alegre, in addition to entering Santos Dumont Airport in Rio de Janeiro.
