A Media.Monks Brasil, the operational brand of the international communications group S4Capital, announces the hiring of Caro de Abreu as the company’s new creative leader in the country. The executive comes to reinforce the company’s team that serves brands in Brazil such as Google, Netflix, Natura, Domino’s, Pringles, Vans, Riot Games and Ambev.
With more than 20 years of experience, Caro de Abreu was Chief Creative Officer (CCO) of IBM Consulting and F.biz and head of creation at J. Walter Thompson. Throughout his career, he has developed creative projects for clients such as Facebook, Budweiser, Volkswagen, Toyota, Nestl, Vivo, P&G, Discovery Channel, Vodafone and Warner, with award-winning campaigns at Cannes Lions, Effie and Clio, among others.
Master in Design from USP, TEDx speaker, member of the ESPM innovation board and sector representative of Design in the State of São Paulo, Caro has the DNA of an inventor and has created internationally award-winning projects. One of them was the Ford Safe Cap, a cap developed in partnership with the vehicle manufacturer to prevent drivers from falling asleep at the wheel.
