Entrance Delas Initiative works to include chefs, boosting visibility and diversity in haute cuisine.
Stella Pure Gold e a Ambev they are collaborating with the productive inclusion of Brazilians, supporting chefs who have great potential. To this end, the launch of Stella Artois created the Entrada Delas initiative, which, throughout this first week of April, is taking starters signed by chefs from different states of the country to a stage: recognized restaurants in São Paulo, one of the world's main gastronomic centers , until the 15th of the month.
The initiative, developed by agncia SOKOaims to give visibility and productively include talented professionals in the haute cuisine environment and has the support of Helena Rizzo, to date, the only Brazilian woman in charge of a Michelin-starred restaurant, Man. The chef, also recognized by international awards, she has spoken on other occasions about the importance of helping to highlight professionals who, like her, want to be recognized for their competence, capacity and work force.
Without a doubt, it is always an honor to receive recognition for your work. But I don't like playing this role as the only one. Brazilian gastronomy has so many incredible women who still don't have the projection they deserve. My desire to be one among many, says the chef.
In addition to Rizzo, the action also features the participation of two great chefs and long-time partners of Stella, Bel Coelho and Ktia Barbosa, who took charge of the development of the starters, which will be available in participating restaurants for a limited time.
When ordering one of the dishes in the action, in addition to trying the creations of women who are revelations of Brazilian gastronomy and honoring their work, the consumer will also receive as a gift a long neck of Stella Pure Gold, a beer with 17% fewer calories and gluten-free *, to toast the chefs' entry into large restaurants and harmonize with the flavors developed especially for the project.
This project is very special because it continues a movement that we started in 2022, with Juntas na Mesa, which was created to highlight female talents in gastronomy and encourage shared growth. With Entrada Delas, Stella maintains the consistency of the platform and brings light to these talented women, says Stella Artois' Marketing Director, Mariana Porto.
SOKO's Creative Director for Stella Artois, Isabela Marangoni, declares that taking the only starred chef, Helena Rizzo, to place new chefs in starred restaurants, during the period in which the guide returns to Brazil, is a message for professional kitchens to allow their entry into the spotlight and the stars is increasing.
