According to the company, the objective is to democratize opportunities in the advertising industry
The Content Group launched Creators XChange, a program that aims to promote an exchange of knowledge between the agency and participants to foster a new generation of content creators.
Over the past year, Content Group has implemented a series of initiatives to address this gap, from redefining hiring standards to revamping creative leadership.
The emphasis on soft skills and the ability to learn has been fundamental in this transformation process. Therefore, Creators XChange will offer an opportunity for content creators from all segments. With accessible participation criteria and competitive remuneration, the program aims to democratize opportunities in the advertising industry.
Selected participants will have the chance to work with important brands, receive mentoring from experts and have access to immersion courses in branding and digital marketing. Furthermore, the program promotes diversity, reserving places for black women and favela creators.
The selection process prioritizes the quality of the personal portfolio, the originality and diversity of candidates. Those selected will undergo an immersion and mentoring program, culminating in the opportunity to collaborate directly with The Content Group.
