PicPay presented the new look of its application, which now has areas such as Home, Menu, Profile, Search and Notifications.
The change was designed to make the customer experience more fluid and personalized, in addition to providing a 360º view of the financial situation and reinforcing the company’s value proposition for different profiles.
“The proposal made the app even more organized, minimalist and attractive, but it goes far beyond aesthetics, because it is about bringing a more fluid, simple and intelligent experience to make everyday life easier. We want to show the value of design to all PicPay users, which when designed with the right intention makes customers feel in practice that their financial demands are fulfilled with more dynamism and naturalness”, said Jaime Spaniol, PicPay Design Executive who headed the project
Among the main changes are the new section of products and services called “Pro day to day”, which shows options that seek to facilitate everyday tasks such as ‘Pay bill’, ‘pay people’ and ‘pix’. The new layout also presents the product portfolio in a segmented way for each customer profile.
