A W3haus, a co-creative and full-service agency that has been in the market for 24 years and is part of the Stefanini Group’s Haus platform, announces the arrival of Marcelo Rosa to occupy the position of Executive Director of Creation and Content (ECD). Award-winning professional Marcelo Rosa arrives with the mission of expanding the agency’s co-creation process and enhancing it among clients, suppliers and partners.

Rosa worked for agencies such as FCB Brasil, MGNT, F/Nazca, Loducca, Live The Agency and was a partner at Suno world, like Cannes LionsD&AD, One Show, ADC, CCSP, The FWA e Effie Awards
The agency has also just hired two new directors: Mariana Costa, who takes over as Accounts director, and Renata Nappi, as Strategy director. The executives bring with them vast experience and market expertise, contributing to the strengthening of the company’s female leadership team.
With a solid career in the digital universe since 2009, Mariana Costa has a successful trajectory with stints at agencies such as Publicis, Lew’Lara\TBWA and Purple Cow. With experience in major accounts such as ChevroletNissan, JBS, Outback e SamsungMariana arrives at the agency with the mission of contributing to the management of clients’ businesses, seeking to improve communication solutions through relevant content, integrating strategies that combine data and creativity.
Renata Nappi, recognized for her achievements including Cannes Lions, Effie Latam, Youtube Works and El Ojo, joins the team as Strategy Director. With a degree in socio-psychoanalysis from the São Paulo School of Sociology and Politics Foundation (FESPSP) and a distinguished career in agencies such as Wunderman Thompson, Dpz&T, WMcCann and Publicis, Renata brings a unique perspective on native creativity.
“I am very excited about my work in this new house. We will co-create and develop strategies that not only positively impact society and culture, but also remain relevant to the brands’ business objectives”, says Renata.
W3haus, which maintains a team made up of 65% female leadership, reinforces this culture with new hires. The agency believes that the arrival of the executives will contribute to the continued offering of communication solutions and strategies. The initiative reinforces the agency’s commitment to being a notable presence in the sector, driven by a diverse team. The expectation is that the experience of the new executives will add synergy and results for both W3haus and its clients.
