A Invigorate, one of the pioneers in the use of artificial intelligence to generate content and a leader in marketing and sales automation solutions, is about to turn 25 years old. Since 2000, the company has stood out in the market for its differentiated solutions.
After undergoing a repositioning in 2005, Dinamize became a reference in the Brazilian digital market, as an e-mail marketing company. Before that, the company was a digital agency that didn’t yet know which path to take. With 23 clients, it earned R$16 thousand per month and had just one employee.
Currently, the company operates with two products: ‘Dinamize Mail’, aimed mainly at e-mail marketing; and ‘Dinamize Automation’, a platform that encompasses email, WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram and other social networks, focused on automating digital marketing and e-commerce. It is an essential tool for online stores to convert their sales.
Dinamize operates throughout Brazil and has customers in 20 countries. In addition, it serves major brands, such as: Tigre, Quinto Andar, Beto Carrero, Albert Einstein, Unimed, Brastemp, XP Investimentos, Uol, Instituto Ayrton Senna and others.
Recently, the company gained a new leader, Jonatas Abbott, who alongside two other majority partners held the position of executive director, and now holds the majority of the company’s shares (64%), assuming the role of CEO.
The executive is currently looking for a new way of doing business at the company, with a focus on aggressively doubling investments next year, in marketing and product. The company had revenues of R$24 million in 2023 and is currently valued at between R$80 million and R$120 million. The goal is also to increase revenue by 30% over the next three years.
“With Dinamize almost completing 25 years, in a super competitive market and facing international capital, the company needs to be very agile and aggressive in its growth. And the corporate composition no longer served our purposes. As for how to manage the financial area, it was a point that made Dinamize not grow as it should. I decided to take control of the company’s capital and I have already taken measures and attitudes that transformed Dinamize. Since January, the company has positioned itself as a much younger, more agile and aggressive company”, said Abbott.
VTEX Day 2024
Dinamize’s participation in VTEX Day 2024 was a reflection of the new phase of growth and innovation. The company presented its automation platform aimed at e-commerce, standing out as the only platform that has its own email sending and distribution engine.
For Abbott, e-mail continues to be a crucial channel for content distribution, as SMS and WhatsApp act in a more restricted and engaged conversation, in a second moment. And Dinamize is committed to offering high-quality solutions in this regard.
“Email continues to be a large and main vehicle for distributing content. WhatsApp and SMS are very expensive and very invasive media. Our participation in VTEX Day surprised me a lot, it was the stand we sold the most in my entire career, we closed several deals at the stand itself. Dinamize made an impressive participation”, highlights the CEO.
With its own sending engine, Dinamize has its own IP numbers and each email uses a number. With this, the company retains quality over email, allowing control of distribution and delivery quality. This factor left Dinamize with the best delivery rate in Brazil. The company has very robust software.
Recently, Dinamize opened branches in Ribeirão Preto, Curitiba and Joinville, expanding its commercial operations. The company is also investing in continuous innovation. Soon, it will have a conversation platform with chatbots.
The company is determined to maintain its leadership position in the digital market, driving the growth of its customers and standing out as a reference.
We want to be very aggressive in generating leads, have a much more aggressive digital presence and greater participation in e-commerce events. It is Dinamize’s commitment to continue innovating, he concludes Abbott.
